Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Marketdesk AI account and all associated data.
Open the Marketdesk AI app on your device.
Go to Profile & Settings (bottom navigation bar).
Tap on your profile at the top of the screen.
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
Confirm deletion in the dialog that appears.
What Gets Deleted
All personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed, including:
- • Profile information (name, email, photo)
- • All portfolios and holdings
- • Watchlists and saved stocks
- • AI chat history and conversations
- • Price alerts and signal preferences
- • All other data associated with your account
Before You Delete
If you have an active Pro subscription, you must cancel it from your App Store or Google Play Store account settings before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription, and you may continue to be charged.
This Action is Permanent
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be irreversibly deleted within 30 days. Backup copies may take up to 90 days to be fully purged from our systems.
